Remove captcha in API Request (REST).

reCaptcha block request from jwt-auth to obtain login token (..../wp-json/jwt-auth/v1/token) .

Steps to reproduce:

Install and activate both plugins.
Generate token through API Rest (..../wp-json/jwt-auth/v1/token)
