- Converting to meson build system to support python 3.12+
- Old build system deprecated
Due to python 3.12 no longer supporting numpy.distutils we are moving to meson to compile python extensions with f2py.

@tristan-salles - I haven't yet tested on older python systems nor made a pypi package yet. So not 100% finished yet. |
