soc: max: Update MSDK files

Main purpose of this commit is to update copyright section additionally there are some minor
addition too, listed below. commit comes from:
https://github.com/Analog-Devices-MSDK/msdk/tree/7fe9ab5ba7a1eb8942c0673f3bf9b5cc58408b0e
