- Add crested.tl.tfmodisco (NEEDS MORE TESTING)
- Add crested.pl.patterns.tfmodisco_results (NEEDS MORE TESTING)
- Move crested.pl.contribution_scores to crested.pl.patterns.contribution_scores
- BREAKING: change import_topics(...) to import_beds(...) and remove requirement for consensus regions file
- Add crested.tl.Crested.calculate_contribution_scores (full anndata as input) and rename old function to crested.tl.Crested.calculate_contribution_scores_regions (region names as input)
- Update normalization function according to Niklas' feedback
- Update: region filtering possible on predictions instead of only on groundtruths
- bugfix: plotting of combined contribution scores
