  • peak regression plots (no rna yet)
  • documentation with examples

wandb:

  • Fix wandb learning_rate logging
  • Store configs
  • Fix bug runs not stopping

  • predict_region

preprocessing

  • change region width function in preprocessing

bugfixes:

  • AnnDatamodule repr incorrect
  • Remove requirement for split column when predicting
