Are you sure? It works for me with Anaconda3-5.1.0-Windows-x86_64. |

I verified, my mistake (a typo when calling conda). I will double check next time. |

Anaconda could not install scipy using "conda install m2w64-toolchain tifffile scipy". Using "conda install -c anaconda scipy" works.
