Plots-Transfer

Transfer the tensorboard data or the matplotlib data to Latex file.

1. create a folder named data
2. put the training results into data Folder
3. _best.py is for the best term plots
4. _variance.py is for the variance term plots
5. _success.py is for the success evaluation plots
