A webservice we previously used to detect mobile browsers failed. It was accidentally programmed with a 120 second timeout, causing all websites to appear "down" when the service was down (if you had the mobile redirection enabled). We have replaced the web service with a local class. Update to resolve.

2.0 release marks compatibility with new WordPress 3.8 admin, upgraded jquery mobile in MPPro layout, and completely reorganized file structure. As usual, an array of php and css bugs and notices/warnings were corrected.
