Speed ups, logging cleanups and house keeping.

Summary of changes

• add a batched depo drifter to avoid pathology with PGrapher
• add Aux::Logger for more consistent log messages
• add a version string
• remove python/ sub-package. use wire-cell-python
• fix problems with TBB flow graph that lead to out-of-order data
