v0.1.0-alpha

This is the first, alpha release of the Volcano InSAR Dashboard. It is not yet feature complete however it is a functional version which can be used to observe automated volcano interferograms for evidence of deformation.

This is the last iteration of the codebase to leverage Geoserver. All future versions will make use of rastertiles.
