Updates since v0.0.1:

Use public CORS proxies (as proxies) to access onionoo in case of its unreachability.
Test 30 proxies concurrently up to 5 times to grab 5 working relays

Windows: download *.exe file and run it in console (start → cmd)

Linux & macOS: download *.pyz file and run it with Python 3.7+:
python3 tor-relay-scanner.pyz
