Adds alley light plugin, compatible with LVC Fleet & LVC v3. At its core, this is a glorified extra-toggler, but I found it handy having it inside LVC instead of as a separate script.
Uses
Numpad 4/6/8/5&Left Shiftto toggle. Requires vehicles that support alley lights/scene lighting, does not do any light-drawing like the takedowns plugin.
