Begin work on integrating all
unit-<filesystem>.cctests into a singleunit-vfs.cctest. Eventually, the individual tests will be removed entirely and the single test will exist solely as a unit test intiledb/sm/filesystem/test. This work begins that transition.TYPE: NO_HISTORY
