Pre-release

First release for OasisDDB branch. It will maintain functionality for OasisDDB and Ties.DB storage capabilities and virtual filesystem infrastructure. The Storj compatibility and interoperability will be preserved while it is not interferes with the development of the OasisDDB and Ties.DB projects functionality. OasisDDB and Ties.Network will not influence the roadmap and goals of the Storj project but will contribute improvements, insights and bugfixes for the common benefit.
