実装内容

道路追加画面で「道路追加」→スフィアクリック→クリックでスプライン作図→左クリックでスプラインに沿って道路が追加される。
UXは暫定

マージ前確認項目

Squash and Mergeが選択されていること
UI、挙動に変更ある場合、ユーザーマニュアルが更新されていること
