Fixes #320
Update the packaging script to use gitlink to update the symbols with github address for source server. Now developers using the nuget packages can more easily use the Visual Studio debugger to step from their own code into the AuthServices source code.
I had to rename the WebSSO and SAML2P folders in git to match what they're called in the Visual Studio project. Github will not serve up the source if the case is incorrect.
