Sterlingcoin-1.6.2.0-Release
v1.6.2.0
Sterlingcoin-1.6.0.1-Release
In this v1.6.0.1 release, we have removed a lot of the unnecessary components (encrypted messaging, unsupported fiat trade, unsupported exchange (Bittrex) information) and their dependencies (webkit, verious encrypted messaging libs & deps, old styling theme/deps) to streamline the wallet into a very stylish and attractive 'London Bridge' design. The design simplifies the wallet greatly in a new sleek design that has all the statistical information anyone would want at a glance on its overview page/tab.
But fashion was not the only goal. In fact, the release's main objective was replacing now lost private keys: checkpoint server private key and the alert private key.
New hardcoded checkpoints and checksum modifiers to ensure the consistency of the Sterlingcoin blockchain.
Addition of the support for 25 additional seednodes.
Built to unify the Sterlingcoin network, by ways of one release (no lite v/s full) and upgrading the entire network will be utilising Berkeley DB v6.1 allowing for data file portability regardless of Operating System.
The cosmetic pleasantries are icing on the the cake as we continue to be the "British Pound of the 21st century".
