I dont understand why I cant translate the achievments.

You should translate them in reactivedrop_swedish.txt (and then run the sync tool to get the vdf file edited accordingly)
The ci checks demand consistency between the txt and the vdf file.
So, yes, you can translate them here, but everything you change needs to be in sync with the txt file anyway.
