STYLE: Remove dead RabbitCT code

Rabbit CT was an "open platform for worldwide comparison in backprojection performance and ranking on different architectures using a specific high resolution C-arm CT dataset of a rabbit" (http://dx.doi.org/10.1118/1.3180956). The website is down and the RTK code has not been used in a long time.
