Firealerts Alerts can be consumed by other applications.
Planet webapp's projects that are already listed in the FireAlert, can use the api to show previous fire outbreaks across their project sites.

Updated Prisma & Sentry to latest versions.

Previously they cause issue while installing with newer (>=18 ) versions of node.

Api versioning introduced (path /v1, /v2).
Fires are returned as GeoJSON.
