Cleaned "Walled Gardens" page markdown syntax

Scope of this PR

• Fix issues within markdown/content syntax.
• Update formatting used to align with original document while remaining as simple and standard as possible (In terms of Markdown and HTML syntax).

Basically I've done through the page content, using the PDF document as a reference, to clean the generated markdown output we had as a continuation of #3.

Outside PR scope of work

• Content/Page design & layout (Will wait for PR final home design #11 and subsequent work before checking page for this).
• Table of contents (Will probably do this via another PR, didn't want to add new content in this PR)
• Updated of content to revision 1.1 of the PDF document (Might check in with the writers to think about a process for this)

The changes in this PR have been re-commited within #18 so I'll close this off to avoid issues of conflict, so focus can be on #18 instead.
