Still need to fix README.md etc.

<img alt="...">attribute (commit a4d0077) and tested with screen readers. Thanks to Charles for catching WCAG compliancy issues! - Replace U+F0A7 (PUA) with U+25AA in Fig-1-VRR-{en,fr}.svg (black square bullets were not displayed correctly on devices without Wingdings font installed)
