Initial release of pySMARTS, wrapper for SMARTS2 (Gueymard. Read the Copyright and Licensing info). SMARTS executable not included, must go through NREL webpage to download as it is licensedd separately.

The wrapper includes functions to calculate spectra based on:
a) time and location,
b) air mass,
c) zenit and azimuth,
d) TMY3 input, OR
e) SRRL Database inputs.

First Tutorial showing how to get albedos included, more tutorials forthcoming.
