Booking a room at the MNI

You can access the calendar to check the availability of conference/classroom at the MNI. Make sure the room you pick has A/V if you need it! Once you find an suitable time slot, go here to fill out the reservation form. Once the form is submitted, check the calendar a day or two later to check if your reservation has appeared in the calendar.

Booking scanner time

Schedule to book core facilities (e.g. MRI 3T/7T, PET scanner) can be accessed here. This might require an account with BIC-Finance to link you to Boris' fund codes (I don't remember...). To book a new scan, click on the available slot you wish to book. Adjust the time slot accordingly, and pick the fund that will be charged to use the facility you are booking (i.e. banked hours or fund). No need to enter subject codes. If additional equipment is needed for the scan (e.g. button box for task fMRI), this can specify as additional instructions.
