Option to write outputs to directory with device specification for plots (pdf output)

Hey guys!
I was wondering if it would be easy to add an option to save the output plots as a "pdf" instead of a "png"? What do you think? Or maybe there's an easy way to save plots as a pdf that I'm unaware of.

Hey James,

I believe that all plots outputted by the software are ggplots. You should be able to save these plots as a pdf via the ggsave() function, setting device to "pdf".
