📝 Update Biome Config

🛠️ Issue

  • Closes #issue-ID

📖 Description

  • Updated the Biome configuration to exclude specific files.

✅ Changes made

  • Modified biome.json:
    • Added ./hooks/use-toast.ts to the linter ignore list.
  • This prevents Biome from reporting errors in that file and shadcn/ui components.
