Motivation
The Inflators have been freezing up a bit recently. While we're still investigating why, it would be nice to have an easy way to reboot them that doesn't require recompiling and signing everything, as re-running the deploy workflow does.
Changes
Now a new bounce job can be run from the workflows list, which uses a games matrix to start two jobs in parallel, which use a new action to run a given command in the
kspckan/netkancontainer. This should allow us to run just the redeploy commands easily.
