Addresses `npm run develop`. A few fixes required for server-side rendering in WebPack config.
100x faster. Use a restricted, dedicated Pinata gateway. This requires axios and the full path. Also add dweb.link estuary.tech gateway fetch for sustainability and robustness. Use Promise.race to get the PDf from the fastest resource.
