Configure version configuration extended - Plugin

1. List of downloadable plugins.

2. Path to the plugin (relative to the folder with Orion).

3. Plug-in installation function (called when the plug-in is loaded when Orion starts).

4. Add a new plugin.

5. Save the current selected plugin.

6. Delete the currently selected plugin.
