Email functionality is starting to come together here.

requires that you put API keys and email addresses in config. Please do that.
takes the body of the request and parses it into "emailAddress" and "profile", both of which are required
covers some of what we're doing in Share Functionality #31 (but nothing client-side obv.)

Still needs some cleanup, but sends an email when you hit it, which is more than it did this morning.

not a pretty one, but, y'know - we did not need a model. it's all dynamic anyway. - added SendGrid to the party.
