This pull request updates all node package dependencies and some GitHub Actions workflows.
Please note that these changes will bump this Action a "patch" release even though one dependency was bumped a major release. The
ajv-formatspackage has been updated tov3as seen here. In my own testing I have not found any differences or issues. Folks in that repo have been asking for detailed changes notes but I have not seen any published yet.
