Hi, sorry for the trouble, so I am not able to update, as it says profile is already in database. I can stick to using forms from the website but what should I do with the json file, as I remember seeing a message to delete this json file to use the forms as well,

You can continue using forms for managing your profile & delete json file because once someone start using forms, json becomes obsolete, so longer useful.

@kiyoshi-87 as you are already using Forms any update needs to be through Forms. Please see a link to the documentation on how to edit on Forms: https://www.biodrop.io/docs/how-to-guides/editing-forms
