This :

  • creates an environment for CSE packages
  • Add a configuration to generate modules to access the CSE environment packages
  • It brings back the spack compiler wrappers, instead of the bare compilers. More packages seem to build ( i.e. petsc ) and does a better job of finding the correct threaded version of packages
  • Typos have been corrected in the packages.yaml
  • Allow users to build their own python packages , even if centrally provided ( except mpi4py )
