fixed soft lock when app update opens next to ffmpeg/yt-dlp update

Important: If you experience this issue you might have to manually download the latest version from GitHub

update service windows can now be moved
update service windows are minimized when the "new app update" dialog is opened
update service windows are restored when immediate restart for update is denied
