Update DSACMS repos tracked list
Add new DSACMS Repos
Problem
It has been awhile since we updated our repos list. Ideally, this is something we can automate in the future, and/or make a part of our outbound review checklist, so that we don't need to manually patch this file.
Solution
Manually added new repository URLs for now.
Result
This will add new OSPO projects to our org and project reports.
Test Plan
PRs get tested in CI 🙌
