A minor bugfix release. Changes include:
- Request report descriptor with size specified in the interface descriptor
to fix retrieval with some devices (e.g. Waltop Vega Tablet) which
would produce ERROR_PIPE otherwise. - Add missing stdint.h includes to fix Gentoo/FreeBSD build issues.
- Add README.md
All users are recommended to update.
