As mentioned in #57, it may be a bit confusing to beginners to ask them to type

for the variable names in the example. This PR changes the variable name toturtle
, but mentions that the reader to rename this to🐢
as a fun little exercise.It's great to show off that Julia programs can use more general Unicode symbols for identifiers, but it's even more important (especially for absolute beginners) to emphasize that this is not required.
