update: add error boundary around BNPL messaging element

• I updated the ErrorBoundary component to be more generic, so that it could render the fallback
• I moved the existing fallback to a new component, AdminErrorBoundary
• I updated existing references to the ErrorBoundary component to AdminErrorBoundary
• I added the ErrorBoundary component around BNPL elements
• I added tests for the ErrorBoundary component
