Fixing misaligned icons and add Ukrainian language

If you are new to GitHub: simply download the UIInfoSuite2.zip file from the list of files, and install the mod as you would install any other SMAPI mod. Also, remove the original mod (UI Info Suite) and only keep this mod (UIInfoSuite2), otherwise they will conflict with each other!
The releases page will always have the newest version of this mod.
