Renamed germanic_league to league_of_electors, and added events because I forgot to add them.
Update Lowland branch
Added the EOC flag and added the correct country color.
- Adjusted Flemish borders - Greatly Increased Flemish Financial Sector - Moved EOC "Treaty Port" to the island instead of Nagaski as it is a huge area and Japan is not as closed off or need westerners as much as they did irl.

Fixed Ostend Company Flag Changed their government to Chartered Company Removed few buildings that were either unprofitable or causing errors from Ostend Japan port. Changed the AI trigger for the princely league so the AI will only click it if its a regional power or stronger.
Ai requires above 50 liberty desire to click certain buttons giving up a state lowers flanders liberty desire.
