@changhokim @HyuntaeJung this also fixes the issue with running ComputeVerticalAverage on the GPU - you will no longer need to use amrex.the_arena_is_managed=1 once this is merged. |

fix index bug for case where ComputeVerticalAverage is called with incomp>0
fixes the issue with running ComputeVerticalAverage on the GPU - you will no longer need to use amrex.the_arena_is_managed=1
