Поправил, пришлось опять переопределить методы из лифлета и убить не особо нужное правило в jshint forin. |

В IE 9,10,11 и FF.
Порядок воспроизведения:
1.Открыть страницу с картой
2.Драгом переместить карту, таким образм чтоб курсор вышел за область карты
3.Отпустить ЛКМ
4.Поместить курсор в область карты
5.Поперемещать курсор в области карты
Ожидаемый результат: На шаге 5 карта не драгается
Фактический результат: Карта драгается
