Development related changes

• Several TODOs in the code related to L1/L2 gas etc.
• Modified four simulation/estimation tests to assert that an unwrap in Cairo has failed (instead of asserting the old, more informative failure reason).
  • Reason: account contract needs to be updated: Update OpenZeppelin contracts to a version newer than 0.8.1 #352
