Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When a user clicks on the search button for a profile, they are shown a list of recently used filters. When the user clicks on a recently used filter, they are given the ability to modify the filter before submitting it.

This requires an extra step for users who do not need to modify the filter and can also require that a user switch between using a mouse and hitting Enter on a keyboard.

Describe the solution you'd like

Can we give users the option to submit the filter without modifications?

Describe alternatives you've considered
