Zowe Explorer for IBM MQ VS Code Extension

Systems programmers (familiar with or currently working in VS Code) tasked with Administering IBM MQ would prefer a VS Code Extension containing the feature / function offered in the Eclipse IBM MQ Explorer so that they can perform all of their tasks from a VS Code workspace.

A VS Code Extension that contains relevant (all?) feature / functions provided by the Eclipse IBM MQ Explorer

Describe alternatives you've considered

This is a request for a new extension for MQ Administrators. No such extension exists today.

Additional context

Enabling this capability will help teams cutover to VS Code
Customers have been granted permission to validate deliverables and provide feedback to the Zowe Community as these capabilities are being developed
