Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A common and safe way to explore PDS members and sequential datasets in ISPF is to do a view or a browse. This makes sure I do not accidentally change something if I do not intend to make a change.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide a "View" or "Browse" action that would open a dataset/member in read only mode and allow it to be configured as the default action (on a double click).

I've worked in mainframe shops since 1982 - and have instructed (as a consultant and author) shops in the hundreds. And can say with 100% certainty that the ability to open a file in read-only (Browse) mode is a critical-priority for widespread adoption in the Enterprise COBOL world.
