A common and safe way to explore PDS members and sequential datasets in ISPF is to do a view or a browse. This makes sure I do not accidentally change something if I do not intend to make a change.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide a "View" or "Browse" action that would open a dataset/member in read only mode and allow it to be configured as the default action (on a double click).
