When using the newly announced GNSS driver binded to a U-Blox M10 GPS device it would be nice if arbitrary M10 commands could be executed.
For this the following static functions of gnss_ublox_m10.c have to be defined public: ubx_m10_modem_ubx_script_init(), ubx_m10_modem_ubx_run_script() as well as its parameter types.
