希望能讲PyDiff提交至pypi

希望能将PyDiff提交至pypi， 这样就能用pip或easy_install 来进行安装和获取更新了。也可能带来更多的用户和关注。如果有bug也易于早发现。

yes there can be some confusion with pydiff, but if this project is alive, I suppose it will overtake pydiff in popularity in no time.
