Bug: Popups are displaced when using pinch-to-zoom gesture in Safari

Browser: Safari v18.2
OS: MacOS, iOS

Issue: When a popup is open, e.g. when clicking on the hyperlink toolbar button, then using the pinch-to-zoom gesture in Safari, the Popup will not stay positioned under the hyperlink toolbar button.

Expected behavior: Popups should be displayed under the toolbar button that opened them when using the pinch-to-zoom gesture, as they do today when scrolling or manually zooming (e.g. via CMD + or CMD -)
