Tools page seems to be of limited relevance #19

The tools page only has links to generic data package tools. While I agree that this makes sense to include for TPOT, it seems like we could add links to actual tools we're building/have built.

Plus, the verbiage at the top implies that not all of the links are generic data package tools, so we should either make that verbiage true or change it.
